Work Resumes: February 26, 2026 (Monday)

📦 2. Production & Shipment Arrangements

During the holiday period:

• Tea processing and packaging operations will be temporarily suspended

• Warehouse and shipment arrangements will be paused

• Final pre-holiday shipments will be arranged according to confirmed orders

• Production and export shipments will resume sequentially after the holiday

For customers with seasonal sales plans, container bookings, or long-term procurement contracts, we recommend confirming production schedules and shipping timelines in advance to avoid post-holiday congestion.

📧 3. Communication During the Holiday

• Emails and routine inquiries will be reviewed periodically by on-duty staff

• Urgent matters may be addressed through your assigned sales contact

• Sample requests and custom packaging arrangements will be handled after normal operations resume

Please kindly note that response times may be slightly extended during the holiday period.
