Tea cultivation in Mount Emei dates back to the Tang Dynasty, where generations of farmers have carefully nurtured the land and its legendary leaves. Since 2003, LBTEAS has managed this sacred plantation under a strict organic certification system, preserving both its biodiversity and traditional wisdom.

Located near the 30th parallel north, Mount Emei offers the perfect environment for growing world-class teas.
This region experiences:

• Early winters and long snowy periods (naturally suppress pests)
• Year-round mist and clouds
• Rich rainfall and fertile forest soil
• Over 5,000 species of flora and fauna living in symbiosis with the tea gardens

The early spring snow buds here are especially prized for their emerald color, delicate texture, and quiet, lasting aroma.

🌿 Our Eco-Friendly & Organic Tea Gardens

We manage over 20,000,000 m² (2,000 hectares) of standard eco-friendly tea gardens, including 133,333 m² certified organic under EU and USDA systems.
Our core plantation lies in Mount Emei’s scenic area at 800 to 1,500 meters altitude, and includes top cultivars:

• Meishan 131
• Fuzhuang 9
• XueYa 1
